Charter rates apply to Volumes I and II; rates are per issue. An annual four-issue commitment reduces any rate by a further 10%. Rates are current for Volumes I and II and subject to change in later volumes - a signed Charter agreement holds your rate through Volume IV. Every display advertiser also receives a listing in the community directory and calendar launching with Volume I.
